Your health, thoughts, behavior, relationships, work, resources, surroundings, values, and sense of meaning do not exist separately. They shape one another.
The Human Flourishing Project is an effort to understand those connections more clearly—and turn that understanding into practical tools that help people see what matters, protect what is already working, and navigate what comes next.
A goal. A symptom. A habit. A relationship. A career decision. A mindset.
But a life does not happen in pieces.
A work decision can affect health. Health can affect agency. Financial resources can change what is possible in a relationship. A belief can keep a behavior going. A supportive environment can make change easier. And something that improves one part of life can quietly create costs somewhere else.
“What is actually shaping my life right now—and what would help from here?”
That question sits at the center of the Human Flourishing Project.
A developing whole-life navigation system designed to help people understand what is shaping their life, identify what deserves attention, protect what is already working, and navigate meaningful next steps.
Explore Navigator →A practical book about why people who sincerely want to flourish can still remain stuck—and how to understand the patterns, conditions, constraints, supports, and choices shaping a life.
About the book →Selective work with individuals, leaders, and organizations around meaningful change, decision-making, alignment, wellbeing, performance, and flourishing.
Ways to work together →A good life is not built by constantly finding something wrong with yourself.
The aim is not to become more productive at any cost, permanently happy, endlessly calm, or perfectly healed.
It is to understand your life well enough to make wiser choices that fit your actual circumstances—and create change that supports more sustainable flourishing over time.
That can include growth, achievement, healing, protection, recovery, adaptation, deeper connection, contribution, or learning to leave something alone.
A life is more like an interconnected system than a collection of separate parts. Sleep can affect mood. Resources can affect freedom. Relationships can affect health. Beliefs can shape behavior. Environments can either support change or keep recreating the same pattern.
This is why the useful question is not always simply, “What should I do?” It may first be, “What is keeping this going?”
How can we build lives that support our own flourishing while reducing unnecessary harm to other people, animals, communities, and the living world we share?
And where we can, how might our choices contribute to their flourishing too?
Personal flourishing matters. So do the consequences of how we pursue it.
How to Get Unstuck, Find What Really Matters, and Make Your Whole Life Work
Why can someone understand their past, know what they value, sincerely want change—and still repeat the same patterns?
Rather than offering one universal formula, When We Flourish examines how bodily capacity, beliefs, behavior, relationships, resources, environments, meaning, and larger systems interact—sometimes helping change and sometimes quietly recreating the problem.
The book widens the inquiry beyond the individual: how can we build lives that support our own flourishing while reducing unnecessary harm to other people, animals, communities, and the living world we share?

The Navigator is the central system. Jeanie currently supervises and supports the experience during this stage of development.
Work designed around whole-human flourishing, leadership, decision-making, sustainable performance, and organizational conditions that help people function well without turning flourishing into employee surveillance.
Organizational offerings are developing and will be introduced selectively rather than presented as a mature standardized program before they are ready.
The work is personal because people are not problems to solve. They are whole human beings living inside real relationships, responsibilities, histories, opportunities, and constraints.
The comments below reflect what people have said about working with Jeanie across different forms of her work.

For more than 17 years, I have worked with people from many walks of life—including founders, business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, elite performers, students, and others seeking healthier, freer, more fulfilling lives.
My work has included fear, anxiety, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, habits and unwanted patterns, relationships, health and wellbeing, performance, major decisions, identity shifts, and changes in work and life.
My background spans clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, philosophy, contemplative practice, breathwork, movement, and nutrition.
Over time, one question became larger than any single modality:
“What actually helps a human being flourish?”
The Human Flourishing Project grew from that question.
Today I am developing the Flourishing Navigator, preparing When We Flourish for publication, and applying this work with individuals, leaders, and organizations.
You may know exactly what you want to change. You may only know that something feels missing, unfinished, constrained, misaligned, or ready for its next chapter. Or life may already be going well—and you want to understand what is making it work so you can deepen it, protect it, or improve other parts of your life.
Wherever you are, the work begins here.
